I. Behavioral Rules
A. Equality/Fairness
Every member shall be treated equal. Discrimination of any reason will not be tolerated and the acting party will be held accountable and disciplined. Favoritism breaches the equality rule and will not be tolerated. It is advised if you see any one break the equality rule, you report it to administration as soon as you can. Management will do its best to be fair to everyone.

B. Respect/Attitude
People shall respect others and provide a neutral or positive attitude when engaging in communications. The breaching of respect will be followed by consequences to the acting party. However, the party may express attitude and disrespect during a general assembly with administration to voice their opinions. *Kicking members from parties, killing them aggressively and constantly may be taken as an act of dis-respect. If you have troubles with members you need to not let your emotions take over. You should direct them to politely leave and stop all engagements of communications till the situation is resolved. You may ask administration for assistance on resolving an issue.

C. Insulting/Racism
Members shall not insult each other, members of other clans, or people discharged from any clan service. Insulting is taken as a sign of disrespect and will not be tolerated in SAS-911. Any party engaging in aggressive or meaning to harm mentally or physically behavior will be punished. Racism will NOT be tolerated, SAS-911 has a 0 tolerance policy on racism. This includes language, jokes, insulting other races, etc. Expect punishment for being racist.

II. Forum Rules
A. Posting/Shoutbox
When posting, or "shouting" in the shout box, the Behavioral Rules still apply. Do not talk about suggestions, or other incidents that may inflict drama. If you are having a problem, please contact a high ranking officer. If you are having a problem with another member, please file an IA. Any post that you make that is deemed inappropriate by the high ranking officers, will be taken care of by the IA team. No disturbing pictures on the forums whatsoever, that includes your avatar, signature and other pictures that you may post.

B. Spam/Inappropriate Material
Spam is not allowed on the forums. Do not post naked pictures, or anything else that is deemed inappropriate. If you choose not to listen, you may have your posts on moderation, meaning someone has to approve it before everyone else can see it.

C. Copyright Infringement
Everything on this Zetaboards site was custom made or adjusted to be able to be copyrighted. We ask that you do not steal any images, text or any other material owned by SAS-911. A lot of time and money have gone into this clan. If you want to leave the clan, okay but don't steal.

III. Event Rules
A. Patrol Standards/3X Policy
In order to attend an event, you must RSVP (Repondez s'il vous plait, or please reply). You must properly fill it out, or you will not be allowed to attend the event. If you RSVP and you do not show up, you will face a Notice of Disciplinary Action. If you are not sure if you will show up or not, then request to be on the waiting list. There is a 3x policy put up as a wall of tolerance for troublemakers, if they get 3 strikes in patrol, they get kicked out of the game.

B. Divisions/Departments
Divisions are offered in SAS-911. To be apart of a division, you must take the necessary steps, and request to be that in your RSVP. Divisions are granted to operate with minimal administration guidance, however they must also obey regulations put forth by them. Administration has the right to freeze divisions and institute new leaders by replacing old ones. Departments are also offered in SAS-911. You must join one of the three when you apply to the clan. You will NOT disrespect members of other departments. If you no longer want to be in one department, you may retire and join another.

C. Insubordination
If you choose not to listen to higher ranked officer during patrol, you will be kicked from patrol and may face an SARLEC. The leader of each department must be obeyed, however high ranking officers from one department do not have say over another department, UNLESS they are Patrol C/O.

IV. Punishments
A. Warnings
If you fail to follow proper rules, you will face a warning from a management member. Depending on the severity of the case, you may face even more punishment, and perhaps an IA may be submitted against you.

B. Suspension
If you receive many warnings, you may face a suspension from the clan. This technique is to discipline you, into becoming a better person. Depending on the severity of the case, you may face even more punishment.

C. Termination
If management feels that this clan may not be best for you, or that you're not learning your lessons, you may be removed from the clan. This may not be reversed, and it may remain forever.
